Safety First

All first meetings must happen in public. We provide the introduction; you are responsible for your own safety during the meet.

1. Eligibility & Scope

To use TapForward, you must be 18 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you are single and genuinely looking for a connection.

Our Service: We provide a curated introduction service. We manually review profiles and arrange meetings between compatible individuals. We do not guarantee a relationship, marriage, or "love at first sight"—we guarantee a thoughtful first meeting properly set up.

2. Payment & Refunds

We value transparency in pricing.

  • Model: You pay only when a match is found and confirmed by us. There are no upfront registration fees.
  • The Fee: The service fee (e.g., ticket price) covers the effort of curation, coordination, and setup of the experience.
  • Refunds: Once a match is confirmed by you and the details are shared, the fee is non-refundable. This protects our team's time and ensures commitment from both sides. If *we* fail to provide the match details or the event is cancelled by us, you get a full refund.

3. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe community, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about yourself.
  • Treat matches and our staff with dignity and respect.
  • Arrive on time for confirmed meetings.
  • Respect boundaries: If a match isn't interested after the meeting, you accept that gracefully.

Violating these rules will result in an immediate permanent ban from our platform.

4. Liability & Safety

While we screen profiles and suggest public venues, TapForward is an introduction service, not a chaperone.

  • You agree to hold meetings in public places.
  • You are responsible for your own transportation and personal safety.
  • TapForward is not liable for the actions of any user offline. Always trust your instincts.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as we grow. Continued use of our service signifies your acceptance of any changes.
